Hi, I’m glad you’re here.

A woman with shoulder-length brown hair wearing a blue and green plaid shirt, smiling against a brick wall background.

As a life long organizer by nature, I’ve always been drawn to “creating order out of chaos” .

I have an MBA in Sustainable business management and a Bachelors in Art studies. I generally find my comfort zone in organizational and project management environments. I’m certified in bookkeeping and also art life coaching.

-What’s that? -The bookkeeping part or the art life coaching part?  Just kidding, I know…

So art life coaching is a process that uses nonverbal (visual art) exercises to identify and uncover the roots of sticky problems.  These are areas you may not either A. Have conscious awareness of or B. the ability to verbally articulate in a satisfactory way.

You know it- it’s that moment when you’d do anything else….. than what’s staring you in the face.

Good indicators of this are:

- you may turn your head away or fold your arms and say

“ I don’t know” “it just doesn’t work”

“ I can’t do that/like that/understand that”

By using non verbal techniques such as painting or drawing, we can use prompts to bring this stuff to the surface in way that’s intuitive and supportive.
